4. Lead and Follow
Use your best judgement when using overlap, less can be more.

AM: Class 1 Week 6
Week 6 involved Overlapping Action. Overlapping breaks up movements so they don't feel mechanical or stiff. It also breaks up movement so things don't happen at the same time.
