"Confidence will come over with time. You've got to roll up the punches and you guys gotta get back up. The only way to become an animator is by picking yourself up and keep doing it.
The only way you are not gonna become an animator, has to do with if you choose not to become one. If you stick with it, and keep doing it and doing it, it's inevitable. As long as you're advancing and progressing and getting better with each practice and dedicate your time and effort into it, its gonna get better. That's what you're up against, your own self."
